Azab 500 is a broad-spectrum antibiotic. The drug is the first representative of a new subgroup of macrolide antibiotics – azalides. When creating high concentrations of inflammation in high concentrations, Azithromycin has a bactericidal effect.
Azab 500 is used to:
- Treat infections of the upper respiratory tract and upper respiratory tract caused by susceptible pathogens;
- Treat infections of the skin and soft tissues;
- Treat urinary tract infections;
- Treat Lyme disease.
Before using Azithromycin, it is necessary to consult a doctor, as the dosage is set individually. The optimal dosage ranges from 0.25 mg to 1g (once a day). In case you miss a dose, take it as early as possible, and take your next dose in 24 hours.
Possible side effects from Azab 500:
- Gastrointestinal tract: diarrhea, nausea and abdominal pain;
- Cardiovascular system: palpitations and chest pain;
- Nervous system: headache, dizziness and drowsiness;
- Urogenital system: vaginal candidiasis and nephritis.
Allergic reactions that may occur include: rash, urticaria, itchy skin, angioedema; children have conjunctivitis, pruritus, urticaria. Other: asthenia, photosensitivity.
