What shipping service do you use?
We arrange shipping via EMS trackable delivery. Once a package arrives in the USA, it will be delivered by USPS. So you can use the USPS.com site to track the status of your order.
Are there any order minimum and maximum limits?
Our minimum order amount with credit card payments is $90. For orders paid via money transfers or with bitcoins there are no minimum requirements.
We also set a maximum limit of $450 for first time customers. But we recommend that you place your first order for a lower amount. This way you will be able to check the quality of our products and services and then place larger orders in future. Plus, we will provide you with a discount code for your next order that will allow you to receive free products as well.
Do you have a discount system?

If you have any problem with the order

My order is not complete or some of the products are damaged. What happens now?
We will reship damaged or missing items to you without any problems. Our only request is – YOU NEED TO RECORD A VIDEO OF YOU OPENING THE PACKAGE. This is a requirement because we have faced several fake requests about missing items during our 3 years of selling activity. And sadly, there are still some people out there who will try to get free products after they wrongly claim that something was damaged or not included in the package.
