Refunds & Returns
IMPORTANT: You need to make video of unpacking your oder. In case any items are missing or arrive damaged and you send us your record of unpacking process we will reship missing or broken items for free.
If you order is stopped on custom you need to send us scan of the letter from post office that shows that order was seized. In this case we arrange one reshipping free of charge.
If order does not arrive within 20 business days after tracking code appears in tracking system you need to contact your local post office and file "lost/stolen" claim. All of the packages are insured and post office will have to provide information about current status of your package.
